Wood Cabbage Shredder, Small Size

Are you serious about Sauerkraut?  Then this is seriously the product for you.  With three metal blades and all wood construction, this wood cabbage shredder will cut the time it takes you to make sauerkraut or coleslaw in half!  Unlike our Large Cabbage Shredders, the Small size shredder does not have a cabbage holder box.

The blades on this shredder are removable, but not adjustable.  The blades on the Small size shredders are set at approximately 3/32" apart, offering a finer shred than our Large Shredders.

The small size is perfect for those with a small kitchen.  You will have to cut most heads of cabbage in half or fourths before shredding, but it's size is makes it easy to store.
